C Poly Writes About Anime and AI Chat

C Poly is my byline, and I write every page here about anime, its characters and the AI chat apps built around them. My work starts with the shows: which ones fit a mood, who is in the main cast and how old those characters are written. The AI chat side comes second, and there I look at what a companion is allowed to say, how it handles memory and whether it tells you it is AI. You can find me on LinkedIn, which is the same profile linked from every page I sign.

Every Number Comes From a Source You Can Open

Every number on the Cute Anime page comes from a source a reader can open, and I note the date I checked it. Tag counts and plot details come from MyAnimeList, and the rules for AI companions come from the text of the law or from the state that passed it. When a marketing line and a binding document disagree, I go with the document.

I do not invent test results or chat logs. If I have not seen something myself, the page says where the fact came from instead of presenting it as my own experience.

Adult Characters Only, Without Exceptions

Adult characters are the only ones I recommend, and that rule comes before taste or popularity. A title with a school or campus cast stays off the list even when it is famous, and a companion whose profile or picture points under 18 is one I close. The full set of rules sits in the editorial policy, and the laws behind the age checks are summarized on the AI chat regulation page.

Questions, corrections and requests go through the contact page. I read each message and fix confirmed errors in the text itself. How the site handles data and use is set out in the privacy policy, cookie policy and terms.
